I had a conflict with kaspersky&PeerGuardian2,so I deleted it(PG2)&am going to reinstall it-BUT,as I was doing this,I found that PG2 had a 25GB Database file!WTF???!!!!My first impulse was to delete but,again,WTF??!!!

Good grief that file's been busy. It's perfectly safe to just delete the history.db file.
The same goes for the cache.p2b file.
