in v.1 uT3 had an online account to save (which i had problems with) now
i hear there's a patch to save without an account (either 1.1 or 1.2) i'm obtaining 1.2 and before i reinstall the game and patch it up, i was hoping someone could let me know on the steps i should follow to save my ut3 1.2 game files on the hard drive. thanks.

i'm just noting down incase it helps anyone that 1.2 saves to hard drive . don't need to log on online just play offline and the username is the save gave. a new profile simply means change the username. if you wanna play an older profile just write in the profile name you were playing. it's different from older save game games. but i guess you have to think of it as you logging on to a server without the need for a password.

there. i've answered my own question :)
