I want to know is some one help how to put new REM chip in this laptop. I read the manual, it is behind the keyboard of the laptop. How safe to open this laptop from back without messing it up ?

If you know what your doing then by all means go ahead. Make sure to ground yourself cuz static electricity can short your laptop. If you dont know what your doing i would suggest having it installed profesionally.
