FFVIII freezes on "Dark Mist"

Yesterday I downloaded FF8 Eboots of each disk, All was working perfectly until I reached the part in Dollet where you fight the snake thing. The second it used "Dark Mist" the game froze.

I run a CFW 3.90 M33-3
