Old GameShark codes to New GameShark codes??

hello i'm new and lookin for GS V5.3 codes for Legaia 2 i haven't been able to find codes for it and also need the Max mile code for Tokyo Extreme Racer 3 that will work on GS V5.3

i found codes for both games but the codes i found for Legaia Don't work on GS2v5.3 i think they r for an older ver. of GS can some1 convert these codes to work on 5.3? And I triple checked the codes, and they seemed to all be right. Here are the codes I tried to use:
