So I've decided to finally do it. This is what I have picked out.....
CPU Block Swiftech Apogee GTX
GPU Block Danger Den IONE
Chipset Block Swiftech MCW30
Ram OCZ Flex
Pump Swiftech MCP655
Radiator Swiftech MCR320-QP-K
Reservoir Swiftech MCRES-MICRO
I want THE BEST. My knowledge is limited, I'm looking for comments or suggestions. Thanks.

You want the best? What's your budget? Your stuff looks good, but I would change some things:
D-Tec Fuzion/EK-Supreme CPU Block
The Thermochill 120.3 Radiator
That's about $250USD

I want the best. Which is better? The D-Tek or the EK? I hear the D-Tek has some kind of special nozzles.

Well they're both neck and neck, but from what I hear the EK is the better one - by only 1-2C.

I was still under the impression the Apogee was the best block. No?
For the Rad, I hear it's far better to use Thermochill ones like Waymon suggests. As for the pump you should be fine as long as you avoid Laing.

No sam, that's what I though too until XtremeSystems did a test - the Fuzion came out on top, equal with the EK and about 3C cooler.

I hear that D-Tek is the best. Something about it's lapped by the manufacturer, and has special nozzles designed for quad core processors. Can anybody recommend some good coolant? I got some people trying to tell me to use distilled water. Isn't that conductive?

No, it isn't, but get it slightly impure and it suddenly will be. It's best to use proper watercooling fluids like Feser One to prevent algae, corrosion and galvanisation.

Does anybody think I am over doing my loop?
-CPU

Most likely, yes. I am cooling my CPU, NB/Chipset, 2 GPUs with a single 220 Radiator with great temperatures - GPU never goes above 45C and that's at the bottom of my loop.
Since you're getting the PA120.3, you wont have any troubles throwing in some ram, although it isn't really that necessary to water cool your ram.

I hear mixed results about cooling the ram. Some say yay, others nay. I don't think anybody can deny it will keep it much cooler. I just picked up a 790i, I have to buy DDR3. And since I wanna water cool why not get the OCZ flex and cool the ram too. I hear the DDR3 1600 models can touch DDR3 2000. My only concern is the ram will reduce the flow and temps to my other parts. Which sucks. A few other people are telling me to do 2 loops. Any Comments?

Instead of watercooling the RAM, the OCZ cooler is the best cooler for air cooling.
Setting up a second loop just for the ram wouldn't be a very wise idea - unless you like to spend twice as much on parts. Also, you're right about the flow restrictions. If you're using a 1/2" tube, the ram cooler will most likely restrict you down to 7/16" or something around those lines.

I wasn't going to do a loop just for the ram. If I were to do it I would do CPU chipset and ram on one loop, and the 2 graphics cards on the other. Cost is not a concern, but it does seem kinda ridicules. I've never heard of 2 loops before, I only mention it cause it was brought to my attention and I wanted to get some feedback on the matter. I've also been advised to use this solution for my coolant, any comments?
put 90% distilled water and 10% antifreeze with a few drops of biocide to kill of any organisms that could potentially grow

Well I know plenty of people with duel loops, a few with tri loops even!
I think it would be better to do your graphics cards on one loop, and your other stuff on the other, then just use the OCZ cooler for ram.
Btw, what case do you have? It must be pretty big to fit all of this stuff in.
Regarding the additives, you can pick up some distilled water, then some Pentosin from Petra's Tech Shop. You mix it with 1L of distilled water, and it prevents corrosion and algae from building up.

Thanks for all the info. I'm using Thermaltakes Armor. You seem to be pretty insistent on not cooling the ram, do you know something I don't? Also, can I lap the GPU on my 8800 GT's ?

Well the only thing is that cooling your ram will force you to use a smaller tube than the rest of your loop, thus restricting the flow.
As for lapping the GPU on the GT's, you can but it isn't worth it. The GPU's come very flat already, and if its better temps you're looking for, you will need to lap the cooler to. Just pick up some Arctic Silver 5, that will reduce your temps by 3-5C.

If you've got any decent amount of airflow in your system you could cool your RAM with a heatsink instead of watercooling it. The amount of heat RAM produces seems too minimal to be worth bothering about WC with.
