I just purchased this Writer new in the box, and I can't seem to get my Dell PC to recognize the device. I keep getting a message that my PC doesn't recognize the hardware. When I install the samsnung ODD Firmware I get a message that "the model installed in your PC is not supportable model". Any suggestions as to how i can get this unti to install in my PC?
