Hello, after a party I turned on my xbox and was ready to play, but I didn`t get to the regular menu. Instead this comes up: Picture

Can anyone help me? It has a SmartXX something chip and it`s flashed with xecuter 2(I hope i`m right).
I can`t access the harddrive or actually anything. Would really appreciate it if anyone can help.
