How to download video to Nextar MP3 Player

I have a Nextar Mp3 Player that I have managed to download music to, but it will also play videos/movies.
I'm very new to MP3 players. I'm lost and frustrated.
How do I find videos/movies to download and how do I get them to my computer and then from my computer to the mp3 player?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
