How do I compile a .prx??(I got all the files needed)

-I have the source file
-I have the .exp file
-I have the makefile.
-I have cywing(dunno if that helps)

I cannot figure out how to "compile" those to make a .prx file.

I need detailed help.

first of all do you have the psp toolchain installed? also did you code the prx yourself or did you get the code from somewhere else?
