Hey can anybody tell me what program I should use to remove popups like cpmsky it is really getting annoying, I'm not sure where it came from. And where can I get a copy of it.

Hi jojo. Your problem does not only involve popups coming from the internet, but with cpmsky, it almost confirms the presence of malware. I would suggest you first download Hijack This from Trend Micro, and then post a log here.

Hi jojo. And yes, Hijack This does not reveal any personal information, only technical information :)

I cannot detect any problems within your hijack this log related to malware, except for the presence of Adwarebot, which some antimalware will detect as a rogue program. Did you install it there? I recommend uninstalling it, and then downloading Antivir and Spybot, then scanning with them in safe mode. This might take some time, though. Does AVG pick up anything?

Hi jojo. The suspicious entries come from malware which creates files with random names, then after the files are deleted, it may leave references to Browser Helper Objects. Also, if you do not recognize the presence of AdwareBot, you may remove it via HijackThis Uninstall Tool. And AVG will not pick AdwareBot up, becuase AVG is not a dedicated antispyware, only antivirus (and in my opinion, not a good one).
