Games freezing with M3 DS Real

Hi,

I've just recently acquired a DS Lite with an M3 DS Real and I've been having some issues with some games, mainly Mario Party DS and Cooking Mama 2. Both of them freeze at certain points during the game (Mario Party at the 3rd boss in Story Mode and Cooking Mama 2 in the pizza recipe section).

I know there's things you can do to a ROM to make them work (Safe Mode, etc...) and I've followed what was recommended on M3Wiki as to what to apply to each game, while using the same versions of Game Manager and the firmware as indicated over there too. I was hoping that would solve the issue, but the "new" roms won't even load on the DS at all, and show a corrupted icon on the title screen.

I was wondering if any of you had recommendations as to what I could try? Thanks in advance.

Also, I was looking into buying a slot-2 GBA expansion but I can't seem to find any website that sells the M3 Real expansion as a standalone. I've read about EZ 3-in-1 and it seems it wouldn't be the best option available. Does anyone know of a website that sell the 'official' expansion as a standalone?

What kind of microSD card do you have?

Have you try any others?

My microSD card is a 2GB Sandisk. It's the only one I have, I haven't tried any others yet.

i too had the same problem with freezing i sorted it by loading the games by clicking on the files icon instead of the games icon and the games work fine,i also hear from other sourses that if you disable soft reset it helps
