M3 DS Real problem

Ok, i searched around for a bit and couldn't find anything that would help me so here goes. I've got 2 DS Lites and 2 M3DS Real's. On one of the ds reals ive got game-boy advance games on it and they work fine, no problems at all. Now i'm trying to put the same GBA games onto the other DS real and when i go into the GBA folder none of them will load, all the games have really weird sizes (some go up to 15000mb and most of them are at 0mb) and none of them work. When i try to access them through the system folder i get a message saying 'save data file format error'.
