Can anyone help me on this?

I added some mp3's last night to listen to, when i switched it on it came up wait on the screen always does this when i add songs, but wait stayed on longer than it usually does, so i pushed reset button underneath, now when i put it on it comes up on screen "file system error", i hooked it back upto my pc using the usb lead and my pc told me it needs formatting, i clicked format, then when its just about to finish pc says "windows was unable to complete the format"

does anyone know how this can be solved?

By the way the mp3 player im using is a Q-BE 1 gig.

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jay

I don't you provided enough information to understand the nature of your problem other than an mp3 does not play on your Q-BE 1. It is likely the mp3 has a format that can not be played by your player. Maybe the mp3 was DRMed or maybe it uses technology your player can not play. PowerAmp provides a utility that allows you to read the technical information about the mp3. Without that info there is not much you can do. Does it play on your computer?
