Hi i am new to this forum so im sorry if this is in the wrong place, but i was wondering if a dvd backup program exists that all at once will back up my copright protected dvd's in dvd format so that i can burn it later will back it up as a seperate file in wmv or mpeg format so that i can watch it on my computer also. It would be great if the program would back up in both formats at once so i would'nt have to rip it twice. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

don't know of any program that will back up the files to two different formats at the same time, also would take up a lot of hard drive space fast, if you were to do some searching you will see that ther are plenty of programs that will backup dvd's do you have any burning programs? also welcome to afterdawn, dvd shrink is a great older program that does wonders with dvd's

Zo is right on.

DvdFab Platinum would be a handy asset.

There's a free trial period. Try using it and purchase if you dig it.

DVD Rebuilder can back up the movie in DVD format and AVI at the same time.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.
