Hello everyone.
My dad just bought a Dell Vostro 400 for my littlebrother, thou I think I might have a problem, it has:
2 GB ram
Intel® Core? 2 Duo E8300-processor (2,83 GHz, 1333 MHz, 6 MB cache)
128 MB ATI® Radeon? HD 2400 Pro-graphiccard
Which should be good enough to run games like CnC 3 and CoD 4, but still it doesn't run them smooth, but with a bit of lagginess.
The games weren't working on Vista, so I installed XP, I've installed the graphiccard, and other drivers, but still I've got this problem (lag).
Anyone knows what could causing this?

That will need upgrading ideally for newer games. Not surprised your lagging.
Buy yourself a newer graphics card and you will be sorted as the rest of the spec is fine for gaming.
Cheers

- LebaneZ Are you kidding? Call of Duty 4 on 128 MB of Graphics memory?! LOL
Those specs in that laptop are to low to run any good games...
You have a decide processor and ram, but if you don't have good graphics your SOL.
Plus its a DELL, lame..
