Hi when i put the card in the ds and turn it on the white start up screen is faded and it does not go to the supercard menu its like its frozen,i've put the micro sd card into another supercard and it works fine,so i know its the supercard that is faulty,any ideas on how to fix it? or should i send it back to whom i bought it from? Thanks for any help!

i think its a fact that any electrical equipment will break down eventually, be it a few months or few years. if your supercard is still within the merchants return policy (see their T&C) then contact them.
