Windows Live Messenger Problem

"0xc0000022 failed to initialize" error

I got this error earlier today everything seems to work fine but windows live messenger doesnt. it give me that error command. i looked it up on the web an give everyone on the system access to it. everyones bar my sisters account do not work.

i followed some online instructions and still have the problem.

were all system administrators considering its a family computer that we all use.

am getting really really frustrated with the system i re-installed msn messenger 7.0 for now but i really want 8.1 live just to work for me.

any advice?
