Ripping image files from disc with Nero

I want to rip an ISO image to my PC without having to burn the image with Nero. Nero practically automates the process of copying a disc, but I just can't figure out how to rip the image file from a disc onto my PC without having to burn the image, then never see the image file again. I am out of discs right now and just want to rip the image files onto my PC then burn them later when I get the discs. Can someone tell me step by step how to do this with Nero Burning Rom 7 or Nero Express 7?

I currently use Imgburn to rip discs, but I want to be able to uninstall Imgburn so I could just use Nero for both. I cannot uninstall Nero because my DVD-RWs only work on Nero, not Imgburn, for some reason. Thanks for trying to help though.
