UlaunchELF problems

I have been trying to get UlaunchELF onto my ps2 in order to get ps2 game saves onto it.

I have got swap magic 3.6
I use a ps2 slimline
I have tried to make my own ELF boot disk
I have downloaded numerus ELF boot disks

None of these have worked as they have all come up with "Not a valid PS2 Disk"

I have tried burning at different speeds and used to types of disks.

For burning the disks I use DVD decrypter and have had no problems in the past.

I have tried other games i have backed up and they work perfectly. Could anyone help?

I made this. It works. Unless it's a swap magic problem, I boot this up with a mod chip.

For USB Advance/eXtreme I used a WD400 in a USB2 enclosure. I installed games with the official Windows interface and used USB eXtreme Free Edition to boot them.
For HDLoader I am using WinHIIP to install games onto the WD400 in the USB enclosure. Then I transfer them to a Maxtor 120 DIAMONDMAX PLUS 9 6Y120L0. I boot with Fully Patched HDLoader.
