I don't know if anyone has noticed this but Newegg is getting to a rip off point. Many instances I have found neweggs's price is much higher than other sites and they charge the $6 flat shipping on the item.

Also yesterday I put and order for 2 pc case fans, 40 and 50mm, and a couple of IDE cables. Only that and the shipping was $22 from CA to PA, that is really unacceptable.

thats not right. just a few days ago i order an antec p182 and a couple of case fans and i only paid $8 for shipping. i would send an email to neweggs customer service or leave some feedback.

Newegg is not a normal online store. They represent lots of other companies. Sometimes if you order a few small things, they will all ship from different places. This is probably what caused the high shipping. Sometimes their price on a specific item is a bit higher than the competition, but on the whole their prices are not bad.

The only complaint I have is that they don't seem to have as much high-end stuff as some other online stores. This is forgivable considering the huge spectrum of products they offer.
