So I've been burning some DVD's using NeroVision 5, and it seems to be going just fine: Renders are good quality, menu features are rich, looks good...EXCEPT, whenever I render the menu in a disc (even ones that aren't customized)if there is a visual transition when a button is clicked (i.e. fade in, zoom out, burn in, etc), then menu becomes inverted! If you were to watch one of my finalized DVD's when pressing the button for the first episode, you would see the screen turn upside down and backward, do it's transition into the first frame of the video (which is also upside down and backward), then skip to the video which is then right side up, and not an mirror image.
This is very aggravating. I have no Idea why it does this, and the whole point of using Nero Vision 5 is that you get similar menu transitions as Ulead DVD Studio, but also got more freedom with those features. This is really making me think that I should go back to Ulead, but, this is like the ONLY thing that is bothering me about Nero Vision 5. If anyone has a fix or a way around this, I'd be most appreciative.
This has basically been happening since I did a clean install a few days ago. I'm trying to transition between my menus and the first video on the dvd, and it happens using all types of transitions. I mainly have been using the burn in transition for my DVD's because it goes with the theme, but I tested it out with other transitions and it gives me the same thing.
If there's anything I can add it would be that I'm taking a menu from the template pack download, basically deleting all the graphics it has and creating my own menus from the template I've modified (within Vision 5). If this is the cause of the problem, if someone could tell me another way to get a blank template, because the Nero 8 template pack is notoriously empty of blank templates.
