Reason I ask is sometimes dowload speed is blazing than other times it crawls, but more than that and more importantly my upload speed is like nil most of the time, then sometimes it's like zero. I'd like to look at that guide to see what I could do to adjust/correct the setting so that the torrent client can operate at proper speed. Thanks to any replies!!
