Alright here is my problem:
Im trying to play Final Fantasy VII on my psp. I have PSP CFW 3.80m33-4 and a popsloader. I already got the files for the games. there are three folders for the three Cds, each folder has and EBOOT file and and KEYS.BIN file. Now Ive tried to convert the three EBOOTs into one using ImpalerPopstation but when I put the game into my PSP/GAME folder it shows up on the psp menu and it starts up with no problem but then the screen just stays black. I can still press the home button and open up the psx menu but the game does not start. I have left it on for a while and it still did not load. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

Right, there are two likely causes of this:

1. You are not using the right POPS files, or need to install the complete POPSLOADER add on...see HERE for a guide.

2. your eboot has not been created properly. Do you have the disks/iso's of the game? if you do try remaking a single eboot ofthe files using THIS guide.

Hope that helps.

Use THIS list to find the best POPS files for your PSX games...

Install the 3.71 M33-4 update, it is more stable and better for POPS files.

Also, try to avoid multi-posting, use the edit post button instead (top right hand side of your post, looks like a pencil and paper).
