NSF Underground Backup not loading and/or freezing

This game is pissing me of I got it work perfectly 1 time using Cogswap and now I cant even get it to the menu or the intro video. I burned it at 1x speed with a SONY DVD-R using ImgBurn.

but my Guitar Hero 2 Loads more than that game.

So whats the deal?

Try burning it at 4x speed with imgburn.
Sometimes too slow a speed will cause unwanted results.
