Multi Disk psone problems

Alright.
I understand everything about multiple disk psone games and how you need to convert them to a single eboot so you dont run into problems when you need to switch disks. Now I have the files required to play Fianl Fantasy 7. There are three folders(one for each disk) I know the game works because when I put the folder for the first disk on my psp I was able to play the game. The only problem is I dont know how to convert the three folders into one. each folder has the following 4 files(.DS_store, KEYS, SND0.at3, EBOOT.PBP) I have a UMDGEN to create the iso and a program to convert the 3 isos into a single EBOOT. But I dont know which files should go into each iso.
Can someone please help me and please dont direct me the the multidisk conversion guide on this site because Ive been there and it dident help.

Ok, the best way i can think of to do this is to use ICETEA to extract the ISO's from the eboots. Download ICETEA HERE, extract the file, then go to EBOOT on the menu bar at the top, then EXTRACT ISO FROM EBOOT.

Then use my guide HERE to turn the iso's into 1 single eboot.

It actually works and it only took a week of my not so valuable time.
I lost my save file though but what are you gona do. but agian THANKYOU!!

If you use the GAME ID of your Save file in the GAME CODE box of PyPOPS you should be able to keep your games save...let me know if you need more info and i'll help you out.
