Cogsawp problem

Now I have another problem it seems that cogsawp doesnt want to load backups anymore my Guitar Hero 2 usually loads everytime but now it sits there in the black screen. my ps2 is a v7 and i try to boot the game with Gran Theft Auto III. I have no idea why its doing this. Can anyone help? Also what is it when u press Circle on Cogswap(i think its a PAL boot)?

come on i really need this thing to work.

i just found this out the circle is a PS2 CDROM load and and that works with Crazy Taxi.
