I have the shadow of rome game and I'm trying to make a copy but I can't I have done all the procedures written here in this forums my last resource is to find the patch, where can I find it??? any help will be apreciated.

What type of patch are you looking for? There are no patches for this game that I know of.
How are you loading backups on your PS2?
