Hijacklog winlogon.exe cpu usage issue

About two days ago my computer started acting up. Upon reboot the cpu spikes up 100% and all of it is going towards winlogon.exe. It even does this in safe mode. I made a hijack log of the system in safe mode and I noticed that the O20 files look really odd. I don't think I have ever seen those before. If anyone has any ideas or knows what's wrong I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Great observation, Guy90. Indeed, you are infected, and your O20 part of your hijackthis log shows it. Fix the following entries:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Fly - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\smart.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Love - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LoveFly.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: sdqnike - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\sdqnike.dll

Also, download Superantispyware Free and scan with it, while quarantining all found objects. Also post a log here.

Download Autoruns from Sysinternals, and post a screenshot of everything under the tab Winlogon.
