hi new to this my sons xbox 360 when you put any disc in it keeps coming up unplayable disc anybody help me even tried to clean but even a cleaning disc says unplayable disc cheers

How old is your 360 again? Your son's console may have a defect because that's how it is with Microsoft's consoles. Their hardware is easy to break, and sometimes, you don't even have to break anything, it's already broken. For example, I opened up my 360 on Christmas, and I popped Mass Effect in, and the first thing I read was "unplayable disc". So I'm pretty sure you guys will have to send that in to Microsoft. Call Customer Service, and they will be happy to help you out.
