P5N32-E SLI - How do i downgrade bios from 1404 to 1203?

i recently updated from 1205 to 1404 but cant get down to 1203 which i heard is the most compatible for this board and q6600 processor.

how can i downgrade?

please help!

If you tried to flash it with the 1203 file, and it didn't work, then not much you can do.
