Unable to play emulators on fat psp with cfw 3.90M33-3

I am trying to play my emulators on my fat psp with cfw 3.90M33-3 and it's giving me the error "game cannot be started". I've even tried to changed the kernel to 1.50 which is actually 1.50-2. Is there a fix for this or can emulators not be played on this latest firmware? Thanks for any help.

Installed the new files from the link that you provided and out of the 3 that I reloaded, only MasterBoy worked. The NesterJ NES Emulator 1.20beta2 and SMS Plus PSP 1.2.4 still give me the "game cannot be started error." I've even changed my kernel to 1.50 and if I installed it right, then I have the 3.90M33-3 kernel add-on.

Yes. Note that it only works for fat psp

You can load both versions if you desire. I loaded both versions onto mine.

#rename the 150 update eboot to 150.pbp and place it in the root of your memstick
when you say root menu what does that mean

X would be ur psp drive letter. Put the PBP right next to the PSP folder and the MpRoot foldere
