would i be able to switch GPU with a better 1 and witch would be a good choice here is the pc i might buy pc

not that simple - you will need a new power supply as well, and your case might prove a problem with cooling as well - it is rarely wise to buy a PC with a bad GPU knowing you want to upgrade it, it just isn't that simple.
