Hi,

I've trawled all boards and downloaded a bundle of programs but I am not in fact 100% sure of what I need to do here.

I was playing FF7 on my PS3 via PSP using Remote Play.

I got so far and then decided to run a CFW and download a version so I could play away from home. I've finally got that working.

What I need to do now is allow the FF7-1 folder to recognise the save files from the Internal Memory Card on my PS3.

I copied them onto a memory stick and got PSV files. Tried to put them in the SCSU folder in SAVEFILES, nothing. I then copied the save files directly onto the PSP from the PS3's XMB. Again, nothing.

I think I need to either:

1) PSX2PSP my original discs and make new EBOOTS? I don't really want to do this as it appears the one I downloaded has been converted for PSP use and is better than mine would be? Unsure of this though.

2) Change the ID of the Save File - but I can't find a program to change ID of a PSV, or the SCEVMC0.VMP files that appear to be what the PS3 created on my PSP.

3) Change the ID of the EBOOT file - but I don't know how to find out the Save ID to match it to.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
