Ripping DVD to AVI - Can you add embedded artwork to the avi file.

Are there any programs out there that will let me rip my dvds to avi/divx files and also let me embbed artwork to the file. When I stream avi files to my xbox 360 using wmp11 the thumbnails that show on wmp and on the media blade of my xbox are always some random screenshot of the movie file. I would like for these thumnails to show movie artwork instead of some opening credit or black screenshot as my thumbnail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried free trial version and made my choice for this one: SPAM Converter.
