Ok guys I have a treo 750 windows version, and I bought my phone about durn near when it came out. I'm not paying that stupid fee where you must pay for the windows package (comes with internet...yadda..yadda $24.95/month with all windows mobile phones) at least my buddies US cellular required that...idk if AT&T does now too, from what i understood everyone with windows mobile now has to pay that?? (am i correct?)

Well, I am dissapointed with my phone and games...tried a TON of games and no luck... only like 3 of 100+ worked, ANYWAY, I'm wanting to upgrade to the new AT&T Tilt. I don't care where I buy it from whether it be EBAY or AT&T, I just prefer not to pay that stupid $24.95 a month free...i could care less about internet on my phone.

SO, can I purchase the phone via EBAY, slap my sim card in it, transfer my contacts and activate the phone and get away with no fee?
