I have looked at all the discussions online about this phone and am stuck.

I have purchased a black cable - doesn't work.
I have scoured the net for the software - no luck
I have searched under Lobster and NEO 200.
I have emailed the manufacturer in Korea (twice)
I have asked Virgin - they don't stock either the software OR the cables anymore and seem unable to help (4 phone calls & 1 email just to be sure)

Does ANYONE have any ideas how to get either the software or the grey datacable (maybe someone would be willing to lend either to me?)

I simply have some photos of our baby girl and some video footage at a first birthday party which I want to get off the phone before it gets recycled.

I would give up except these pictures and videos don't exist anywhere else and I would hate ot lose them.

If you have any bright ideas I would be very grateful.
