i am having trouble backing up this game. i am using DVD decryter but when it gets to about 85% it give me an error message (I / O error) can anyone help?

Upgrade DVD Decrypter to Imgburn, its free and the new successor

If that doesn't help, then try updating your firmware.
Open up DVD Decrypter or Imgburn(choose create image from disk.
In the "Source" box, where you select which drive you want as the source, right click in that box. The last option is "Check For Firmware Updates..."
