I need serious help with my Mp4!!

I really really really want to know how to download videos into my Mp4. All i know is you need a converter, can some one recommend the best video converters to me, because most of what i downloaded were "Unregistered" versions, which i dont understand. And i need to know how to down;load games and then into your MP4 also. I have ABSOLUTELY NO clue on how to do that.
