Hi Zaxious,

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune & save it to your desktop. DO NOT use yet.

Please download and install SUPERAntiSpyware Free
? Double-click SUPERAntiSypware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
? An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
? If asked to update the program definitions, click "Yes". If not, update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Updates". (If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download them from here and unzip into the program's folder.)[/i]
? Under the "Configuration and Preferences", click the Preferences... button.
? Click the "General and Startup" tab, and under Start-up Options, make sure "Start SUPERAntiSpyware when Windows starts" box is unchecked.
? Click the "Scanning Control" tab, and under Scanner Options, make sure the following are checked (leave all others unchecked):
o Close browsers before scanning.
o Scan for tracking cookies.
o Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
? Click the "Close" button to leave the control center screen and exit the program.
? Do not run a scan just yet.

Reboot your computer in "Safe Mode" using the F8 method. To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
? Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.
? Click the Empty Selected button.
? If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
? Click the Empty Selected button.
If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
? If you use Opera browser click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
? Click the Empty Selected button.
If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
? Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Note: On Vista, "Windows Temp" is disabled. To empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator".

Scan with SUPERAntiSpyware as follows:
? Launch the program and back on the main screen, under "Scan for Harmful Software" click Scan your computer.
? On the left, make sure you check C:\Fixed Drive.
? On the right, under "Complete Scan", choose Perform Complete Scan and click "Next".
? After the scan is complete, a Scan Summary box will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "OK".
? Make sure everything has a checkmark next to it and click "Next".
? A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "OK" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
? If asked if you want to reboot, click "Yes" and reboot normally.
? To retrieve the removal information after reboot, launch SUPERAntispyware again.
o Click Preferences, then click the Statistics/Logs tab.
o Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
o If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log. A text file will open in your default text editor.
o Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.

i tried to run the programs you told me to download and i already had the atf cleaner but when i tried to run the other program it froze about half way through... the same thing happens when i try to run avast antivirus as well.. gets to about 50% and then freezes... also when I login i get this Generic host for system 32 had to close for some reason something else with an ERD. heres a new hijackthis log...
I doubt anything has changed....

Your HJT Log is Clean. That is, it shows nothing bad. Malware can hide from HJT?...
You say you can?t finish SUPERAntiSpyware? Are you running it in the SAFE Mode??
I can?t see anything in your computer so, tell me what?s going on and how it?s acting?
Try running BOTH SuperAntiSpyware AND Malwarebytes? in the SAFE Mode and post the Logs.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
? Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
? At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
? If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
? Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
? When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
? Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
? When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be found here: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
? Please post contents of that file in your next reply.

Reboot your computer in "Safe Mode" using the F8 method. To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup (but before the Windows icon appears) press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Please Post both logs. No need to post another HJT Log.

i was in safemode when I did it but Ill try it again... one time all my icons disappeared and it showed the icon that has no extension or and wrong extention for the type of file... but that went a way... and then a few times it out of the blue my task bar with the start thinng it looked like it changed between the old style xp and the new style. also, when i first log on i get this Generic host for windows 32 error comes up and it tells me to end the process and send a error log to microsoft.

Ok I tried to reformatting my computer and i still keep getting a Generic Host process error for the Win32 Services has encounter a problem and needs to close. Happens everytime I boot up. Any help? it also freezes if no activity is done after so many hours.
