Not sure how many girls who own a DS are on this site, but maybe some of you guys have girlfriends or mothers who have a DS. Anyway i found these great slide in cases for the DS (their called DDS Pockets). Don't worry this is not an advertisement, i'm just loving mine right now and thought I'd spread the word. I never really liked what they had in the stores. I just know how hard it is for girls to find things we like for our Game Systems. And if your girlfriend really loves her DS and your at a loss of what to get her 4 her b-day. She might like one of these, there not expensive and you might get brownie points:)
im not sure what the fabric on the inside is called, but its really nice. And the really its cheaper than alot of the store DS cases, i payed like $15 for one i got a circuit city, i dont even use it anymore.
If you are looking for a case then you should consider buying protection film from phantomskinz.com. They offer a full body kit which is what i have on my DS. Its crystal clear and fits perfectly (top, bottom, sides, screens). If you want to protect your system from scratches then this is definately the way to go.
