HDCP compliant GFX card recommendations

I currently manage on a 8600GT and use AnyDVD to overcome HDCP handshake issue to my LCD over a DVI to HDMI cable.
I've concluded the HDCP problem lies with my GFX card which is otherwise very good.
I'm thinking 8800GT or 9600GT since I play the latest games aswell as watch Bluray.
Noise is not an issue for me but it must be HDCP compliant and I also like to use Dual-view if that helps at all.
What cards would you suggest and from which manufacturer since I know the PCB manufacturer has to incorporate HDCP, which is a seperate issue from Nvidia stating their GPU is HDCP ready.
