Hi, I'm on a cable line, and know when I max my upload it something like Bit Torrent, my download rate is maybe 5 kb/s. My max upload is about 28 kb/s, so where should I set a limit in eMule that doesnt affect dl speeds? THanks.

11kb/s is safe as an upload limit that way eMule wont limit your downloading at all!!

BTW, im on a forum break till June, so i wont be around the forums very often!
