help with Nintendo Wifi USB Connector

I tried to make my Nintendo Wifi USB Connector into a softAP with this guide http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/6/390312
but when I got to part 4 and I clicked on to the ASUS WLAN Control Center, a error message came up, it says

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the application."

I'm using vista premium

does anyone how I can fix, or is there another method, or a different program I can use.

Could be driver issue or not compatible with vista issue, could be a theme issue if you use window blinds.
