Samsung LN22a450 For a Second Monitor?

I'm looking at the Samsung LN22a450 HDTV as a second monitor for video editing. I want to use it in order to view color, etc for my finished DVD. My computer monitor is a Samsung 2493HM. Does anyone know if the LN22a450 will display "properly" in both aspect ratio's 4:3 as well as 16:9 without stretching or distortion? Also, do you have any suggestions for a great second TV monitor for my use? Thanks, Matt

Yes but you need to update your VGA Card driver in able to view it in that monitor. Actually I am using also Samsung LN26A450 as my monitor. Max resolution is 1360x768
