LCD TV Flickering Over HDMI (Sony KDL-32ML130)

My LCD TV is a Sony Bravia KDL-32ML130. When I hook it up to either my Xbox 360 or my PC via HDMI and set the resolution to 1360x768 (closest to native), there is a persistent flicker on the very right edge of the screen. It's basically a vertical column of noisy pixels, about 2-3 pixels wide. I've tried different HDMI cables to no avail. I first noticed this when choosing the "Optimal Resolution" setting on my 360.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is or how to fix it?
