Hey i'm sort of new to port forwarding programs but i have a question that should clear everything up for me once answered.I have my dsl modem connected to my linksys WRT54G wireless router which is connected to my pc.I also have a laptop which is why i have a router setup in my network. Now i was wondering one thing, i know that you have to set up a static ip but do i do it for the desktop which is connected to the router or the laptop or both so that i can port forward uTorrent.

you can access your router from computer or notebook. just type in the router address (192.168.1.1) and type in your username and password and navigate to your wireless/portforward tab and type in the port number your using and the IP address that's using it (example: port 65545 IP 192.168.1.101) and check the box that says enable and you should be good to go.
