Missing icons in M3ds Real Menu

I have two M3DS Real's from new and have not got Games or GBA function icons in GM manager. Have D'loaded three games and can find icons in My Card but can't open games. Have D'Led System file & unzipped to card, made NDS file and put games in file but no playski?? Now can't even get card to register on pc as removeable drive. This may be another thread though
