Is it really true that T.E.S. Oblivion is coming to the psp, but bethseda arn't making it?

its true its going to be co published bethseda/ ubisoft. it was actually supposed to be released today i believe acording to amazon.com i hope they didnt dumb it down for psp ill edit when i get more info Edit: they did dumb it down no wide open exploration just 10"big" lvls still cant fimd anything about a release. tim to go research xbox2psp emulation (hope its possible)
