Any program that will do this for me? If not, what it the best method to get it done properly. Thanks.

Try 'Any Video Converter' (free version).
Load the VOB files of the main title (usually VTS_01)
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
etc.
Make sure they are listed in the correct order, highlight them all then right click on them and choose 'Merge Output'.
Set the Profile, the Video Codec and Encode.
